I’m glad you’re here!
Howdy!
I’m Lili (they/them) and am an LCSW/LISW offering telehealth services.
I’m excited to walk with you as we try to make meaning and joy in our day to day lives!
I primarily work with LGBTQ+ adults, people with anxiety, depression, OCD, sexual trauma and those impacted by systemic oppression. I’m passionate about working with POC, neurodivergent, and trans adults.
I am committed to crafting a safe and authentic space to identify, process, and communicate emotions while providing resources and coping skills. I primarily use IFS (internal family systems), EFT (emotion focused therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), Somatic therapies, and I-CBT (inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy), but I believe collaborating to each individual’s needs is the best way to approach this work.

Insurance, payment, etc
-
I currently am only accepting self-pay at a rate of $140 per session. I can produce a superbill for you to submit to insurance to get some reimbursement from your insurance provider.
-
I currently do not accept any insurance. I will update here as that changes.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
The HIPAA Privacy Rule requires health plans and covered health care providers provide clear, user friendly explanation of your rights with respect to your personal health information and the privacy practices of health plans and health care providers.
You can find a copy of this information here at this link. I am also happy to send you a copy through your healthcare portal.
